I call the customer service office but no one picked up.
Undelivered due to held back in office gdex. At first i wonder how good gdex. Tracked my parcel online ard 9 20am it says undelivered due to held back in the office. Been waiting for a long time for the staff to pick up my call.
Then it went on delivery on wednesday which is suddenly ended up with undelivered due to held back in office which is maybe they overwhelmed with packages due to mco. So i call for follow up. It seems like the device been shipped on last friday and gdex decided to process it on wednesday night. My first time recieve parcel by gdex was yesterday.
On oct 11 at 12 14 i called gdex hotline 07 2668006 and was told the parcel was held in skudai. Syarikat ni menipu pun sama aku track kat web dia kata dah hantar jam 12 30 tghari lokasi tak jauh pun 8 km je dari pjbt gdex ke pjbt aku tggu punya tunggu x sampai2 track sekali lg dia kata barang sampai jam 7 30 mlm takda org terima lps waktu pjbt dia ingat aku bodo aku check cctv kat pintu pagar office sebijik lori gdex pun tak lalu dpn pjbt aku nmpk tak dia punya nk tipu esoknya aku pergi. It was so scary when the e tracking not update at all til morning. Then a few hours later my tracking number went online. Can you please kindly assist on this matter asap the tracking no is 8547208191.

After getting back on oct 10 i did call back several times but no one answered the phone. Then i google about gdex and found this topic. At about 13 30 i sent a letter of complaint to gdex and subsequently received a call from skudai branch 07 5112817.
Comeon its still early to put the status undelivered. I didn t see any notice from gdex. For me gdex tracking system is the worst compare to poslaju skynet kangaroo abxexpress.
11 5 2020 the courier didn t contact me to arrange next delivery.
